Thank you for purchasing our Products and/or subscribing to our Services at Score100 website and/or Score100 app, operated by Densai Sdn Bhd.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite you to review our Return & Refund Policy. 

The products available for purchase on our website or through our channel partners are functional and there are free products which are available in the Website and Mobile Apps from time to time. We strongly recommend Customers to try out the products before making a purchase decision.

By placing order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

 

Definitions and Key Terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return and Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

“Company” (referred to as either “Densai”, “Score100”, “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Densai Sdn Bhd (T/A score100.my), a business registered in Malaysia (Registration Number: 1320877-A) whose registered office is No 8, One Square, Tingkat Mahsuri 1, Bayan Baru, 11950, Penang Malaysia.

“Customer” (referred to as either “You” or “the User” in this Agreement) means you and includes your employees, consultants, representatives, agents and any other users that you grant access to the Software or use the Service, as applicable.

“Data” means any data inputted by the Customer into the Software.

“Device” means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

“Mobile Apps” (referred to as either “Apps” in this Agreement) refers to the Score100 app (developed by Kedios Berhad) which is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. 

“Product” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

“Service” refers to the services and functionality we provide, both online and offline across our Website and Mobile Apps.

“Software” means the software, images, written material, databases, or other material available via the Website and Mobile Apps, which may be changed from time to time.

“Subscription Fee” means the fee payable by the Customer to Score100 as detailed on the Website and/or the Apps from time to time.

“Website” refers to the internet site at the domain https://manage.score100.my and the marketing website www.score100.my

 

Score100 Wallet

You may purchase or reload credits (“known as Wisdom Stone”) for the Score100 Wallet which may be used to pay for the products and services either via any Funding Source as may be made available in the Website and Mobile Apps from time to time.

 

Refund

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that digital contents once they have been accessed.

For renewable subscription, we do not offer refund for monthly and/or annual payments unless the account cancellation was made before the billing date.

The approval of your request for refund will be made by Densai in its sole discretion. You acknowledge and agrees that Densai’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Densai or its affiliates in relation to such decision. The refund will be made to your Score100 wallet.

 

Cancellation

For some content and services, Score100 offers periodic (e.g. monthly, yearly) access that you pay for on a recurring basis. Please note that you can cancel an active subscription at any time by contacting us. Once cancelled, your subscription will no longer automatically renew but you will retain access to the content and benefits of the subscription through the end of your current billing cycle.

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return and Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

 

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
